Blogging For Effect
How do I Blog? How much can I make? How do I get started?
What should I write about?
Bushels of questions, crates of doubts, and unfortunately ... far too many individuals and groups out there adamantly spouting from the headers of fine
sell sheets, that you
are doing it wrong.
</heavy sigh>
Not only are you doing it wrong, but the going market value of the real answers (so you don't make a fool of yourself), is at least $500.
Lucky for you they are willing to give these answers at the cutting-my-own-throat price of
$157.00.
</sigh> </sigh>
If you want to give them the $157.00, who am I to stop you? Everyone needs to make a living. However, you don't need to buy anyone's "method" to have fun
and make some decent money in the blogging world. I've been a freelance writer now for over a decade, and I can
say with steadfast assurance, you are probably more qualified right now, then I was when I started. Some how I've blundered through, making a succesful living
for the last ten years. And I'll tell you my secret, for absolutely nothing.
Why?
There are many reasons. I guess the best one, just off the top of my head, is that I'm really sick of the crap out there suggesting you don't know your own
life, dreams, words, or products. I have always been astounded at the injection that there is a "right way to blog". Sell sheets? Maybe. There
are several methods to writing sell copy, sell
pages and landing pages. You might want to get
a book or two on the subject. But Blogging? seriously.
Another good reason I'm not selling this, is because I never bought it, so if it helps you, pay it forward; After you are comfortable and having a good time,
help some one else get started.
Let's get to having some fun and making some money. -- Glenn Hefley
Blogging Thoughts Continued
The above paragraphs demostrate an effective writing style for a blogger. Your text should be fast, clean, fun (above all, fun) and personal. Effective Blogging
is not a collection of sell sheets and landing pages. You don't want dribble and spouting on your blog posts (unless it is fun dribbling and spouting).
In a nut-shell: Blogging is a subject orientated collection of personal communications.
You are "talking" to your reader; Not teaching, selling or lecturing. Blogging is old fashion personal communication, within a general scope of interest.
The scope of a blog may be a broad as "my life and my interests", or as focused as "USB Devices".
The eight main articles up on the side bar have solid information and credible sources regarding the world of blogging. Below, you will find other articles
written which address questions and goals directly.
