Clients and others will often post and argue that writing is not a skill, and therefore should not be paid for as a skill. There is a reason for this: Not only is writing a real skill, which requires education, talent and experience, but They Need Your Skill. On the Internet, Content is King. Never for get that, and don't believe those who try to tell you different.
Your Acquistion Rate is a Primary matrix on Guru.com, and so it is important to keep this number high, but even if you are not working off Guru.com, your acquisition rate is important, it is the level of effectivness you have in acquiring new clients. So there is a whole set of posts on this subject, as (in my mind) it is more important than any other rating tool we have as a measure of profitability.
